The Moment Group in Makati City is seeking a Purchasing Assistant – Construction to join our team on a full-time basis. You will support sourcing and purchasing construction materials, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure on-time deliveries.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of purchasing or procurement experience, familiarity with PRs/POs and supplier quotations, and strong Excel skills. Join us to contribute to efficient procurement processes and collaborate with internal teams.

Qualificações

• Graduate in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably construction materials.
• Experience as Purchasing Assistant or similar role is an advantage.
• Familiar with PRs/POs, quotations, and basic procurement processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with purchasing or inventory systems is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders for construction materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to request quotations, prices, and delivery schedules.
• Compare quotations and help select best supplier based on price, quality, and delivery.
• Follow up on quotations, POs, and deliveries with suppliers.
• Maintain purchasing records and supplier information.
• Coordinate material requirements with internal teams.
• Monitor delivery schedules to meet timelines.
• Check delivered materials against orders and specs.
• Maintain records of materials and supplies.
• Support the team with reports and procurement documentation.
