Job summary

Anytime Fitness in General Santos is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to source, screen, and hire top talent across gym and corporate roles. You will work with operations and managers to meet manpower needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The role involves coordinating interviews, conducting initial assessments, and extending offers in line with company standards and compensation structures. Familiarity with HRIS/ATS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Strong communication and interviewing skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume hiring across multiple locations.
• Familiarity with job boards, social media sourcing, and HRIS/ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for gym and corporate roles across multiple locations.
• Partner with Operations, Club Managers, and Head Office to understand manpower needs and timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local channels.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, attitude, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and trial shifts where applicable.
• Prepare and extend job offers aligned with compensation structures.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and hiring reports in HRIS/ATS.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Support employer branding and represent Anytime Fitness as an employer of choice.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring procedures.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
