St. Bernadette of Lourdes College is seeking a qualified counselor to provide individual and group counseling, guidance interviews, psychological assessments, and career counseling for students.

The role includes developing and implementing guidance and wellness programs to support academic, personal, social, and emotional development. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field and be a Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC).

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling or related field.
• Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC) is required.
• Experience in counseling/education settings is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and group counseling services to students.
• Conduct guidance interviews, assessments, and career counseling.

• Monitor student behavior and provide interventions and referrals.
• Coordinate with parents, faculty, and administrators regarding student concerns.
• Facilitate seminars, orientations, and mental health awareness programs.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, or a related field
• Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC) is required
• Relevant experience in counseling, student affairs, or educational settings is an advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace
