Job summary

Sands of Triboa Resorts and Spa Inc. in the Philippines seeks a front desk/guest services associate to greet guests, manage luggage, arrange taxis, and provide outstanding customer care. The role involves direct reporting to the Duty Manager and close interaction with guests throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to assist guests and handle luggage

Responsibilities

• Directly reporting to the Duty Manager
• Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times
• Welcomes the guests and opens the door
• Attends and responds to guests’ needs
• Assists guest/s with any luggage during arrival and departure
• Prepares and records the luggage tags released
• Arranging taxis as needed
• Performs other duties that may be occasionally assigned like running errands
