Qualifications

• Minimum relevant experience of Concierge/Bell service in the hotel industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect guest luggage promptly and courteously.
• Escort guests to rooms per hotel guidelines.
• Provide information about hotel services and directions.
• Maintain luggage room cleanliness, organization and safety.
• Conduct daily luggage inventory and verify items in the log.
• Follow routes for trolley movement to ensure guest safety.
• Coordinate with Bell Dispatch and Security for suspicious baggage.
• Handle unclaimed and overdue baggage per hotel policies.
• Assist with handling stored casino giveaways or special items.
• Assist with errands and deliveries on or off property.

Job Description

• Responsible for the prompt, courteous, and careful delivery and collection of guest luggage to and from guest rooms.
  
• Escorts guest to their rooms according to hotel guidelines
  
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities and directions, offering escort assistance when necessary.
  
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization and safety of the luggage room at all times.
  
• Conduct daily inventory of stored luggage and verify all stored and released items in the luggage log.
  
• Follow designated routes for trolley movement to maintain guest safety and minimize lobby disruption
  
• Coordinate with Bell Dispatch and Security for any suspicious baggage, unclaimed items, or excessive food items.
  
• Handle unclaimed and overdue baggage in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
  
• Assist in handling and distribution of stored casino giveaways or special items as directed.
  
• Handle and store perishable goods following proper quality and safety standard.
  
• Assist with errands and deliveries within or outside the property as required.
