Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous luggage delivery and collection for guests.
• Escort guests to rooms according to hotel guidelines and offer directions when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety of the luggage room, with daily inventory checks.
• Coordinate with Bell Dispatch and Security for suspicious baggage or unclaimed items.
• Assist with errands and deliveries within or outside the property as required.

Job Description

• Responsible for the prompt, courteous, and careful delivery and collection of guest luggage to and from guest rooms.
  
• Escorts guest to their rooms according to hotel guidelines
  
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities and directions, offering escort assistance when necessary.
  
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization and safety of the luggage room at all times.
  
• Conduct daily inventory of stored luggage and verify all stored and released items in the luggage log.
  
• Follow designated routes for trolley movement to maintain guest safety and minimize lobby disruption
  
• Coordinate with Bell Dispatch and Security for any suspicious baggage, unclaimed items, or excessive food items.
  
• Handle unclaimed and overdue baggage in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
  
• Assist in handling and distribution of stored casino giveaways or special items as directed.
  
• Handle and store perishable goods following proper quality and safety standard.
  
• Assist with errands and deliveries within or outside the property as required.
