The Mansion Boutique Hotel Clark seeks a Guest Service Attendant to warmly welcome guests from arrival to departure, assist with luggage, provide facility information, and coordinate with departments to fulfill requests.

The Guest Service Attendant (GSA) is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and personalized service to hotel guests. The GSA assists guests from arrival to departure, handles requests and inquiries, provides information about hotel facilities, and coordinates with other departments to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
Assist guests with luggage to their rooms when needed.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, amenities, and nearby attractions.
Assist guests with requests, concerns, and special arrangements.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and complaints.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
Assist with group arrivals, departures, VIP guests, and special occasions.
Deliver messages, documents, packages, and other items to guests.
Assist guests with transportation arrangements, tours, dining reservations, and other concierge services.
Maintain proper handling and storage of guest luggage and belongings.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, entrance, and guest service areas.
Report maintenance issues, damages, lost-and-found items, and other concerns to the appropriate department.
Promote hotel facilities, services, rooms, and available packages when appropriate.
Ensure guest privacy, safety, and security are maintained at all times.
Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude throughout the shift.
Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.
High school graduate; college education in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
Previous hotel, resort, customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
Able to handle guest concerns professionally and calmly.
Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and assist with luggage when required.
Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Basic computer skills are an advantage.
Must be well-groomed and presentable at all times.
