Job summary

My Boracay Guide is seeking a motivated Field Manager to oversee Field Representatives and ensure smooth field operations on Boracay Island. A background in Sales & Marketing is a plus, with a focus on leadership and meeting targets.

You will hire, train, and supervise teams, assign schedules and territories, monitor activities, and provide coaching to improve performance. Regular reports will be prepared for the Operations Manager as part of ongoing promotions and field campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in field operations, sales, marketing or team supervision is preferred.
• Sales and marketing background is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Results-oriented, proactive and reliable with travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate Field Representatives.
• Assign schedules, territories, tasks, and necessary supplies.
• Monitor field activities and evaluate employee performance.
• Provide coaching and support to help employees meet targets.
• Prepare and submit regular performance reports to the Operations Manager.
• Conduct training and ensure adherence to company rules and procedures.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Operations on field activities.
• Address field concerns and ensure customer and partner engagement.
