Job summary

My Boracay Guide is seeking a motivated Field Manager to oversee Field Representatives and ensure smooth field operations on Boracay Island. A background in Sales & Marketing is a plus, with a focus on leadership and meeting targets.

You will hire, train, and supervise teams, assign schedules and territories, monitor activities, and provide coaching to improve performance. Regular reports will be prepared for the Operations Manager as part of ongoing promotions and field campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in field operations, sales, marketing or team supervision is preferred.
• Sales and marketing background is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Results-oriented, proactive and reliable with travel willingness.

• Conduct training and ensure employees follow company rules and procedures


• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing and Operations teams on field activities and promotions


• Address field concerns and ensure proper customer and partner engagement

About you
