• Knowledge of El Nido, Palawan and local tourism is advantageous (≤140 chars).

Responsibilities

• Process and manage reservation requests via phone, email and online platforms.
• Provide information on accommodation options, rates and services.
• Maintain detailed reservation records in the booking system.
• Handle amendments, cancellations and special requests.
• Coordinate with other departments to communicate requirements.
• Follow up to confirm bookings and provide pre-arrival information.
• Manage group reservations and complex bookings.
• Suggest room categories and packages to optimise revenue.
• Keep knowledge of local attractions to enhance guest experience.
• Adhere to policies and protect guest confidentiality.
