About the role

Andorra El Nido Leisure Corp is seeking a dedicated and professional Bellman/Driver to join our Front Office & Guest Services team. This is a full-time position based in El Nido, Palawan, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As Bellman/Driver, you will be responsible for providing seamless transportation and luggage assistance services whilst maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism that our guests expect.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage, parcels and personal items upon arrival and departure, ensuring careful handling and proper placement

• Provide courteous and efficient vehicle transportation services for guests, including airport transfers, local tours and special requests

• Maintain the company vehicle in clean and roadworthy condition, conducting routine checks and reporting maintenance issues promptly

• Welcome arriving guests with warmth and professionalism, assisting them with check-in procedures and orientation to the property

• Respond promptly to guest requests for assistance, directions and information about local attractions and amenities

• Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest transitions and service delivery

• Ensure vehicles are cleaned, fuelled and ready for service at all times

• Maintain knowledge of local routes, traffic conditions and alternative transportation options

• Follow all safety protocols and vehicle regulations whilst operating company transport

• Handle guest requests with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times

What we're looking for

• Valid and clean Professional driver's licence with proven driving experience

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in all situations

• Physical fitness and capability to handle luggage and assist guests with mobility requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous

• Familiarity with El Nido, Palawan and surrounding areas, or willingness to quickly develop local knowledge

• Punctuality and reliability with a strong work ethic

• A courteous, friendly demeanour and genuine passion for hospitality

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

• Previous experience in hospitality, tourism or guest services is preferred

• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting
