Cadlao Resort El Nido is seeking a confident Sales & Reservations Officer with hotel or resort experience and strong Cloudbeds PMS expertise to drive bookings and revenue.

You will manage reservations across channels, generate performance reports, and coordinate with management and departments to optimize occupancy. The role requires proactive communication and independent work, with a focus on enhancing room revenue.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in hotel or resort reservations, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cloudbeds PMS, including generating and interpreting reports.
• Experience managing Booking.com, Expedia, and other OTA platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Manage reservations through email, phone, walk-ins, and online booking channels.
• Use Cloudbeds PMS to generate reports, monitor occupancy, analyze booking performance, and provide updates to management.
• Manage OTA platforms, particularly Booking.com and Expedia, including room rates, availability, inventory, promotions, and reservations.
• Assist in developing strategies to increase bookings, improve occupancy, and maximize room revenue.
• Handle reservation inquiries, cancellations, modifications, complaints, and guest concerns professionally.
• Prepare and present reservation reports, performance updates, and recommendations during weekly meetings with the owner and management team.
• Communicate confidently, contribute ideas, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.

About the role

Cadlao Resort El Nido is looking for a confident, proactive, and results-driven Sales & Reservations Officer with proven hotel or resort experience, strong Cloudbeds PMS expertise, and hands-on experience managing online travel agencies (OTAs). You will work independently, prepare accurate reports, confidently participate in management meetings, and actively contribute to increasing reservations and room revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reservations through email, phone, walk-ins, and online booking channels.

• Use Cloudbeds PMS to generate reports, monitor occupancy, analyze booking performance, and provide accurate updates to management.

• Manage OTA platforms, particularly Booking.com and Expedia, including room rates, availability, inventory, promotions, and reservations.

• Assist in developing strategies to increase bookings, improve occupancy, and maximize room revenue.

• Handle reservation inquiries, cancellations, modifications, complaints, and guest concerns professionally.

• Prepare and present reservation reports, performance updates, and recommendations during weekly meetings with the owner and management team.

About you

• Knowledge of room inventory, rate management, occupancy, and reservation performance.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Confident in presenting reports, participating in meetings, and dealing with management.

• Able to work independently, take initiative, and handle concerns with minimal supervision.

• A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
