Job summary

ARDESIA RESORT & SPA is seeking a Reservation Associate to handle guest and client reservations, inquiries, events, appointments, and site tours. You will coordinate with Front Office, Sales & Marketing, F&B, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate excels in customer service, can manage multiple tasks, and is comfortable presenting resort facilities and services

Responsibilities

• Handle individual and group reservations, inquiries, modifications, and special requests.
• Communicate with guests and clients through phone, email, and other platforms.
• Coordinate meetings, events, functions, and client appointments.
• Conduct site tours and present resort facilities, venues, packages, and services.
• Assist with sales and marketing activities, promotions, menus, and client-facing materials.
• Monitor and respond professionally to guest feedback and online reviews.
• Coordinate client requirements and special requests with concerned departments.
• Maintain accurate reservation, client, event, and follow-up records.
• Support the Front Office, Sales & Marketing, Events, and F&B teams as needed.
