Job summary

ARDESIA RESORT & SPA is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader to supervise and coordinate staff to meet cleanliness, safety, and service standards in guest rooms and public areas.

You will train, coach, and support staff, monitor supplies, handle guest requests, and collaborate with Front Office and Maintenance to manage room status and repairs. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is needed.

Qualifications

• Supervise housekeeping attendants and assign daily tasks.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Train and coach staff on cleaning procedures and service standards.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment of supplies.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Prepare housekeeping reports and attendance/ productivity records.
• Assist in scheduling staff and evaluate team performance.
