Acquire Intelligence in Pasig City is seeking a Guest Services Agent to deliver exceptional service across reservations, emails, phone, social media, and chat. You will handle bookings, resolve issues, and ensure smooth check-in/out with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced customer service or hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests across channels (phone, email, social, chat) from inquiry to post-departure.
• Manage reservations, update records, and ensure accurate check-in/check-out.
• Process payments and handle multi-source inquiries (phone, email, web chat, tickets).
• Coordinate with on-ground staff to prepare for guest arrivals and fulfill requirements.
• Own guest issues, escalate financial concerns when needed, and document interactions for continuity.
