Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore seeks an Event Executive to support proposals, reports, and event coordination for corporate and social gatherings. You will partner with departments to ensure flawless service delivery in a branded hotel environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or hotel management and at least 3 years in a hotel setting. Strong English skills and a proactive, client-focused attitude are essential for success within our team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Hotel Management is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel operations (reservation/front office/food & beverage).
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in proposals, memoranda, reports and other correspondence for events.
• Handle inquiries in the absence of Directors of Events and Events Manager.
• Maintain par stock of updated brochures, flyers and sales collaterals.
• Coordinate site inspections and post-conference meetings as needed.
• Disseminate Event Sales information to other departments.
• Support timely, professional service aligned with hotel policies.
