KMC Solutions in Cebu City is seeking a Customer Success Lead to oversee Front Desk operations, manage a small team, and deliver exceptional client experiences with professional service and a positive attitude.

You will handle general admin tasks, coordinate facility operations, support events, and ensure office show-readiness while maintaining strong relationships with members and visitors, including local and foreign clients.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, HRM, Tourism or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience as Front Office or Admin Assistant.
• Proficient in Power BI and MS Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee front desk operations and greet visitors with professional service.
• Lead a small team and ensure service quality across admin tasks.
• Coordinate office maintenance, vendor communications, and facility issues.
• Monitor tickets and SLA, support events and client tours.
• Ensure safety, rules compliance, and office show-readiness.
