Job summary

The Bistro Group is seeking a Front of the House Manager to oversee daily FOH operations and deliver world-class hospitality. You will lead the FOH team to ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction while maintaining cleanliness and standards.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, handling guest concerns, monitoring sales and labor, and coordinating with Back of House to ensure seamless service and a premium dining experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in premium/fine-dining.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Experienced in team management, FOH operations, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front-of-House operations to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure guest experience and service excellence.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the FOH team.
• Manage manpower deployment and training.
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery.
• Coordinate with Back of House and management team.
• Support promotions and events to drive restaurant performance.
• Maintain professional appearance and ambiance.
