• Proven ability to train and develop entry-level staff.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Front of House (FOH) team to deliver a world-class guest experience.
• Supervise Baristas and Service Crew to ensure consistent service quality.
• Manage shift schedules to optimize staffing during peak and lean hours.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings on specials, goals, and policies.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Address complaints and special requests with a guest-first mindset.
• Monitor table turnover and service timing to minimize wait times.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation across dining area, bar, and restrooms.
• Verify FOH equipment (POS, coffee machines, sound systems) function correctly.
• Coordinate with Kitchen Head Chef for seamless front/back of house communication.
• Perform end-of-shift cash reconciliation in the POS system.
