Job summary

O Hotel is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets. You will lead dining operations, manage service staff, control costs, and uphold high service and culinary standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, staff training, guest issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while driving revenue and quality across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or hospitality industry, specifically F&B operations.
• Strong team management and scheduling abilities.
• Understand cost control, inventory, and revenue optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across all hotel food and beverage outlets to ensure smooth workflow, high-quality products, and efficiency.
• Maintain consistently high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, cleanliness, and guest service across all shifts.
• Prepare staff schedules, assign daily duties, maintain appropriate staffing levels, and train/mentor F&B staff.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt and positive resolution.
• Control food, beverage, and labor costs while developing strategies to maximize sales and overall revenue.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, food handling, and sanitation regulations.
