The role serves as the primary contact for guest, member, and client communications, delivering warm, professional service across channels during Australian business hours. This coordination-focused position connects inquiries to the right people and systems, handles bookings and membership management, and ensures every guest feels well taken care of.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing service role in hospitality or high-volume environments.
• Ability to manage multiple channels with professionalism under time pressure.
• Experience using a Property Management System (Muse, Opera, Protel, RMS) or similar CRM/booking platform.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to adapt tone to brand.
• Strong data entry accuracy and remote-work discipline.
