Job summary

Houst is hiring a French-speaking Guest Experience Executive to join our remote team in the Philippines. You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests before, during and after their stay, handling inquiries and bookings with professionalism.

This contractor role requires fluency in English and French, strong customer service, and comfort with CRMs and multitasking. Shifts are 5 days a week, 8 hours each, aligned to UK time (11:00 AM–12:00 AM), including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Fluent or business level English and French, written and spoken.
• Strong customer service skills and confident phone manner.
• Excellent written communication and calm under pressure.
• Able to multitask across systems and conversations.
• Confident using CRMs and digital tools.
• Experience in Airbnb or hospitality is helpful, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Responding to inbound messages and calls, resolving issues quickly and calmly
• Handling complaints with confidence and empathy
• Managing reservations and bookings to keep everything running smoothly
• Providing clear information about properties, house rules and processes
• Collecting and verifying guest ID documents and submitting required details to regulatory systems
• Ensuring all pre arrival information is complete before check in
• Carrying out concierge outreach to improve the guest experience
• Logging all interactions accurately in our CRM
