Job summary

ARDESIA RESORT & SPA in Angeles, Philippines invites applications for Villa Manager / Executive Housekeeper to lead daily villa operations and the Housekeeping Department. You will ensure pristine villas, guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the resort’s high standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating with Front Office and Maintenance, managing inventories, and enforcing health and safety policies

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred in hospitality management.
• 3–5 years experience in housekeeping operations.
• 2+ years in supervisory or managerial role in resort/hotel.
• Strong leadership and guest service mindset.
• Proficient with MS Office and PMS (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily villa and Housekeeping operations.
• Ensure cleanliness of villas, guest rooms, and public areas.
• Conduct daily inspections to uphold quality standards.
• Supervise and schedule housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, Laundry, F&B, and Security.
• Monitor occupancy, arrivals, VIPs, and special requests.
• Manage inventories and control costs while maintaining service.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
