Caishen Realty, a sister company of CVJR Builders, is seeking a professional Receptionist to be the face of our business in Cavite. You will manage front office operations, welcome guests, handle calls, perform admin tasks, and coordinate with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires a high school diploma and prior front-office or guest services experience, with strong communication, organization, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office, reception, or guest services within hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors professionally
• Answer calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team
• Register guests and manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Maintain accurate guest records and bookings
• Respond to guest questions about facilities and local attractions
• Handle guest requests and escalate issues as needed
• Schedule appointments and maintain the reception diary
• Perform general admin tasks: filing, data entry, and reporting
• Keep the reception area clean and organized
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
