Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required within 60 days of hire.
• Degree holder is a plus but not required.
• Experience in hotels preferred; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain readiness and cleanliness of all areas; report concerns.
• Inform, advise and upsell Thrillscape services and hotel facilities.
• Promote Thrillscape services and other hotel restaurants to guests.
• Coordinate internal communications with courtesy to meet operations goals.
• Resolve guest complaints with safety consideration and follow-up.
