Job summary

CXC Global Hong Kong Limited is seeking a proactive GTM Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Singapore. This role will drive end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Customer Success, and other Go-To-Market functions to support a growing APAC hiring surge.

You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines across APAC, deliver a high-quality candidate experience, and provide market insights.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of recruitment experience in agency or in-house environments.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, or other Go-To-Market roles.
• Exposure to SaaS, technology, or high-growth business environments.
• Ability to manage recruitment activities independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities.
• Singapore recruitment experience is highly preferred.
• Singapore Citizen or PR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Go-To-Market functions, including Sales, Customer Success, and other commercial roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates across APAC markets.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide recruitment market insights and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with a global Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring goals.
• Maintain recruitment data and ensure processes are completed efficiently.
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Support hiring initiatives as recruitment demand scales across the region.
