Job summary

Brightwheel is seeking a data-focused teammate to connect messy records into a single trusted center across our proprietary database and Salesforce. You will own end-to-end data consolidation, trace relationships, and define whether a center is active, churned, closed lost, or a cold lead, plus who owns it and which product it uses.

You’ll validate centers with a clear confidence level, use Google Sheets, SQL, and AI tools at scale, and document patterns and decision rules so the team can repeat

Qualifications

• Experience with go-to-market data such as leads, accounts, contacts, lifecycle stages, and ownership.
• Able to clean, deduplicate, or reconcile records across multiple systems.
• Built Google Sheets workflows (lookups, pivots, arrays, queries) for large data volumes.
• Analyzed data to identify root causes and themes, not just fixes.
• Documented processes clearly so others could run them.

Responsibilities

• Map how contact and account records relate across our database and Salesforce.
• Consolidate related records into a single center and answer whether active, churned, closed lost, or cold lead; who owns it; and which product it uses.
• Validate each center with a confidence level for rapid trusted status.
• Use Google Sheets, SQL, and AI tools at scale with human verification.
• Document patterns and decision rules to create a repeatable process for the team.
• Surface root causes of data problems to Operations and Product to fix data at the source.
