Live Play Mobile Inc. is seeking a Senior Mobile User Growth Manager to lead and optimize our mobile and web UA campaigns across networks, focusing on performance and efficiency.

You will own data-driven growth strategies and drive measurable outcomes for user acquisition in a fast-moving, international environment. You will manage budgets, run experiments, monitor cohorts, and report results to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with product goals and live game events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in mobile user acquisition at scale.
• Experience with Meta, Google Ads, and other networks.
• Strong SQL skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with US market campaigns is a plus.
• Proficient English communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up and optimize UA campaigns across platforms daily.
• Collaborate with partners to test new traffic sources.
• Analyze cohorts and optimize to hit KPIs.
• Design tests to maximize partner delivery.
• Work with Product, Engineering, LiveOps, and Studio teams.
• Present actionable results to management.
• Oversee the creative team for effective UA creatives.
• Ensure campaigns meet performance and quality standards.
