This role requires 4–7 years in lifestyle marketing, strong data storytelling, and mastery of multi-channel performance. We offer fully flexible work options, a USD salary plus commission, and growth within a rapidly expanding firm.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in lifestyle, high-AOV, or considered-purchase marketing with client-relations experience.
• Understand full-funnel strategy and measurement gaps.
• Comfortable with multi-touch attribution and last-touch limits.
• Familiar with upper-funnel channels (content, SEO, YouTube, programmatic).
• Experience with brands where creative quality differentiates.
• Ability to manage long measurement cycles while maintaining client confidence.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 4–6 lifestyle accounts and act as the primary strategic partner.
• Translate data into insights and guide internal teams.
• Lead weekly client calls; coordinate with PMs and AD.
• Ensure full-funnel performance across awareness to conversion.
• Coordinate paid, SEO, content, email, and creative teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and target high retention.
• Use Iris and Nova daily; maintain Pulse cadence at 100%.
