Job summary

Toluna seeks a Client Director / Agency Expert with 8+ years of proven client management experience to lead strategic partnerships across FMCGs and food & beverage brands.

You will source and secure new business, grow client portfolios, and translate research into growth stories that drive client value. As account leader, you’ll guide cross-functional teams, develop compelling proposals, and maintain strong stakeholder communications within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of client management experience
• Proven ability to source and secure new business partners
• FMCGs and/or F&B experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Grow market revenue through new business development and expansion of existing client relationships.
• Account leader for the businesses being developed and account(s) being assigned.
• Research expert who can translate that expertise into new business development and growth with existing accounts.
• Be a strategic thinker: Manage strategic initiatives to deliver profitable growth across clients and develop retention/growth strategy.
• Unleash your creative genius: Use analytics and storytelling to turn data into insights addressing client business issues and present findings to clients.
• Lead in developing insightful sales presentations/proposals and involve the appropriate company experts.
• Demonstrate success in all aspects of the project process, including proposal development, research design, analysis, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across projects to deliver impactful outcomes.
• Guide a cross-functional team to ensure client objectives are met and insights are delivered.
• Interact with stakeholders and provide clear communication to address client needs and drive satisfaction.
• Provide leadership with timely reporting on forecast and sales pipeline, deal analysis, and profitability.
• Grow and evolve: exposure to varied clients and industries for continuous learning.
