Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in advertising, digital marketing, social media, brand management, or content marketing.
• At least 2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in developing content and campaigns that increased engagement, leads, audience growth, or sales.
• Strong portfolio of social media campaigns, branded content, videos, or advertising projects.
• Solid understanding of content strategy, storytelling, audience behavior, community management, and current social media trends.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, creative projects, deadlines, and multiple campaigns.
• Experience establishing partnerships and negotiating with brands, influencers, creators, agencies, vendors, or media organizations.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated advertising campaigns aligned with the company's brand, sales objectives, and target markets.
• Create annual, quarterly, and monthly campaign plans for fitness, wellness, beauty, and lifestyle services.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity, voice, and message across all channels and branches.
• Lead the development of short-form videos, reels, testimonials, promotional materials, community stories, and interactive posts.
• Build and maintain a content calendar for platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Ensure content is engaging, accurate, inclusive, and aligned with responsible advertising standards for health, fitness, beauty, and wellness.
• Assign responsibilities, establish deadlines, review outputs, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Work closely with sales, branch operations, customer service, nutrition, fitness, beauty, and management teams.
• Identify potential partners, influencers, creators, media organizations, wellness professionals, events, and complementary brands.
• Negotiate fees, deliverables, usage rights, timelines, exclusivity terms, promotional commitments, and performance expectations.
