Job summary

PFV Human Resources Consulting is seeking a data analytics professional to support sales forecasting, inventory management, and financial reporting across livestock products, eggs, and related categories.

The role involves preparing sales orders, monitoring inventory, and collaborating with Accounting to ensure timely billing and accurate data summaries. A background in accounting and strong analytical skills are preferred, with ability to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• A graduate of Accountancy, Mathematics, or related fields.
• With at least 2 years of experience in data analytics, data management.
• Familiar with Accounting functions.
• High analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to drive 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles.
• Ability to achieve set deadlines and targets.
• Average communication and conversational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Sales Order with allocation per customer and bases on availability.
• Monitors the available hog for disposal and makes proposals to the team on what should be disposed.
• Updates sales monitoring and other by products daily.
• Prepares daily, weekly data analysis for Sales of availability versus forecast.
• Monitors the cost/recovery rate and payment for trading.
• Monitors, checks, and analyses data of carcass selling with corresponding costing analysis.
• Responsible for inventory monitoring of carcass, heads, and other products.
• Makes a data summary with analytical presentation and updates the data from time to time.
• Monitors the shipment and timely billing of Sales, in coordination with Accounting.
• Coordinates with Accounting (AR) for customer payments prepares credit memos when discrepancies arise.
• Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.
• Prepares allocation for eggs forecast availability.
• Monitors the weights of the eggs and prepares reclassification sheets for discrepancies.
• Makes a data summary of sales from eggs and submit to Field Sales personnel daily.
• Presents reliable and analytical data of eggs.
• Other duties that may be assigned on a temporary basis.
