Lean Solutions Group is seeking a Finance Analyst to provide scalable FP&A and operations finance support. You will consolidate financial data, prepare recurring reports, and perform variance analyses to identify operational and financial drivers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated data accuracy and rigorous validation in FP&A or shared services.
• Strong ability to translate operational activity into clear financial insights.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams across logistics and supply chain.
• Experience supporting US-based teams and overlapping US business hours is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive-ready reporting.

Responsibilities

• Compile, consolidate, and validate data from ERP systems, SmartView, Excel, Power BI, and operations sources.
• Prepare recurring weekly and monthly reporting with variance against plans and forecasts.
• Perform detailed variance analyses on CPP, PPH, wage rates, labor costs, and productivity.
• Build waterfall and bridge analyses to isolate primary financial and operational drivers.
• Refresh and maintain leadership scorecards, KPI dashboards, and executive PowerPoint decks with concise commentary.
• Perform source-to-report tie-outs, data reconciliations, and reasonableness checks.
• Maintain reporting calendars, SOPs, and data definitions.
