Job summary

Sprout Solutions is seeking a Performance Marketer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, SEO, and email. You will optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and drive measurable growth through data-driven experiments and insights.

You’ll collaborate with the Demand Generation Lead, identifying growth opportunities, running tests, and turning insights into improved ROI and qualified leads across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• At least 4 years of hands-on performance marketing or digital campaign management.
• Proven experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns with display, SEO, and email familiarity.
• Strong A/B testing and experimentation skills with test planning, execution, and insights application.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and campaign analytics.
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Optimize campaigns through testing, including A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences.
• Manage budgets and marketing ROI across channels.
• Build integrated campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, and SEO.
• Analyze and report performance using GA4 and dashboards; present insights to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring trends and exploring new tools.
