Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and maintain pipelines for pursuits.
• Survey assigned area for potential business opportunities.
• Send letters of intent and arrange client meetings.
• Coordinate with clients for information for feasibility studies.
• Prepare initial costing and proposals for presentation and approval.
• Develop contract documents and support finalizing agreements.
• Build and maintain rapport with lessors and officers.
• Attend to additional business development tasks as needed.
• Generate leads via cold calls, internet research and data mining.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
