Professional Parking Management Corporation is seeking an on-site administrator in Pasig with 1-3 years’ experience. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a commitment to handling government permits and licensing processes. Expect fieldwork, document management, and coordination with various offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; logistics or customer service certifications a plus.
• Experience in document handling, fieldwork, or government permits is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; willing to drive in NCR and provinces.

Responsibilities

• Process Barangay Clearances, Business Permits, Mayor's and Sanitary Permits, and CENRO requirements.
• Transact with the Business Permits and Licensing Office, City Treasurer's Office, City Administrator's Office, City Council, and BIR.
• Process Tax Clearances, 0605 payments/certification, ATP, new business TIN applications, and business permit retirement.
• Process Fire Safety Inspection and Change of Name/Address applications.
• Prepare and register Book of Accounts.
• Safekeep soft and hard copies of business permits; maintain organized filing and scanning of documents.
• Conduct site visits to monitor LGU compliance.
• Process Importation and Customs Clearance.
• Prepare purchase requests for parking compliance items (fire extinguishers, lighted signs).
• Claim processed/renewed permits and licenses.
• Prepare cash advance and payment documentation, tax order payments/statements of account, and manager's checks.
• Draft internal/external correspondence and affidavits.
• Handle Meralco applications, BIR ORUS registration, and coordination with Facilities.
• Provide regular work status updates to immediate Department Head.
• Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
