Job summary

FINPRO Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Head of Business Development to drive growth across banking, fintech, and FI sectors. You will own partner acquisition from opportunity identification to end-to-end onboarding, ensuring compliance and SLAs, while serving as the brand ambassador.

You will design data-driven sales strategies to accelerate revenue and build market authority amid evolving regulations. Strong relationships with banks and FinTechs are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, with at least 4 years in the Collections or Banking industry.
• Network: Proven track record of existing relationships within Philippine Banks, Lending Apps, and FinTechs.
• Expertise: Deep understanding of the FDCPA guidelines (or local equivalents) and BSP regulations regarding debt collection and a good foundation in fintech.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, public speaking, and "closer" mentality.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Onboarding: Lead onboarding of banking/fintech partners with integration, compliance, and SLAs met.
• Relationship Management: Serve as the main strategic contact with C-suite and key decision-makers.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company at major industry events to boost visibility.
• Revenue Growth: Develop and execute data-driven strategies to penetrate the Philippine financial sector.
• Pipeline Management: Oversee the full sales funnel with accurate forecasting and metrics.
• Process Innovation: Design scalable workflows and automation to shorten deal cycles.
• Market Intelligence: Track BSP regulations and fintech trends to pivot strategies.
• Lead Generation Events: Organize roadshows, webinars, and presentations for partners.
