Job summary

PlayTime Entertainment is hiring a Business Development – Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, acquire new clients, and lead marketing initiatives for a lifestyle and entertainment platform backed by Summit Media. The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a proven sales background.

The ideal candidate will manage the sales pipeline, negotiate with partners, and oversee campaigns across digital and events, delivering measurable results and client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience including 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, sponsorships, and campaign management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, clients, advertisers, sponsors, and strategic partners.
• Develop sales strategies, commercial proposals, sponsorship packages, and partnership deals.
• Manage the sales pipeline, client relationships, negotiations, revenue targets, and account renewals.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, branded content initiatives, digital promotions, and events.
• Monitor sales performance, campaign results, budgets, and profitability.
• Lead the sales and marketing team and collaborate with internal departments to deliver client commitments.
