Job summary

G2G Manpower Consultants Inc. is seeking a Sales Officer to generate sales opportunities, develop client relationships, and achieve targets. The role requires identifying prospective clients, delivering presentations, and preparing proposals while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

The position is on-site in Pasig with 1–3 years of sales experience; Bachelor’s degree in related fields is preferred. Expect active fieldwork and coordination with Finance, Operations, and Customer Service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 1–3 years in sales, business development or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and client visits as necessary.
• Preferably residing in Pasig City or nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and market research.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers; conduct client visits and product demonstrations.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements to prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
