Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Growth Senior Specialist to coordinate Growth Orchestration within Digital Business & Lifecycle (DBL). You will track performance, ensure structured execution across Paid Media, Organic Discovery, Lifecycle & Content Growth, and translate results into actionable weekly insights.

The role emphasizes cross-pod coordination, project management discipline, and proactive risk management to keep initiatives on track while supporting the Growth Lead.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in growth, digital marketing, analytics, or business performance roles
• Strong understanding of end-to-end digital funnels
• Experience in performance tracking, reporting, and dashboarding
• Strong proficiency in: Excel, Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase), BI tools (Power BI, Looker)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Preferably from in-house digital marketing teams, tech startups, and the like.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate DBL KPI tracking and reporting
• Prepare structured weekly growth updates including performance vs targets and next steps
• Coordinate across Paid, Organic, Lifecycle, and Content pods to track initiatives
• Apply strong project management practices with a central initiative tracker
• Support structuring and tracking of growth use cases across workstreams and provide visibility to KPIs.
