Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Growth Senior Specialist to coordinate Growth Orchestration within Digital Business & Lifecycle (DBL). You will track KPIs, drive structured weekly updates, and coordinate across Paid, Organic, Lifecycle, and Content pods to ensure timely delivery of growth initiatives.

The role requires 3–5+ years in growth/analytics, strong data and dashboarding skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in growth, digital marketing, analytics, or business performance roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end digital funnels (discovery → acquisition → conversion).
• Experience in performance tracking, reporting, and dashboarding.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase), BI tools (Power BI, Looker).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate DBL KPI tracking and centralized dashboard maintenance.
• Prepare structured weekly growth updates with KPIs, drivers, and business impact.
• Coordinate across Paid, Organic, Lifecycle, and Content pods to track initiatives.
• Apply project management practices: timelines, milestones, and status tracking.
• Support structuring and tracking of growth use cases with clear ownership and milestones.
