Job summary

Mynt is seeking a dynamic Campaign Manager to lead end-to-end marketing campaigns for GCash. You will own the lifecycle from design to execution, ensuring consistency with customer success goals and brand standards.

You will translate platform capabilities into innovative campaign tactics and monitor KPI performance in real time to maximize impact. You will collaborate with Data Operations to ensure data integrity and accurate audience targeting, and you will synthesize results into compelling

• Experience owning end-to-end campaigns across design, implementation and execution.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into actionable campaign tactics.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of a campaign—from initial design and technical implementation to final execution—ensuring every touchpoint aligns with customer success goals and brand standards.
• Deeply master internal product suite to develop creative solutions and translate capabilities into campaign tactics.
• Maintain a pulse on live campaigns by monitoring KPIs in real time and pivot strategies to maximize delivery and impact.
• Partner with Data Operations to ensure data integrity, audience targeting, and smooth information flow across platforms.
• Conduct post-campaign evaluations to decode results and translate data into insights that prove value to clients.
• Develop high-level recommendations from historical data to build trust and drive long-term partnerships.
