Job summary

Mynt, the company behind GCash, is seeking a Growth Manager – B2B Enterprise in the Philippines to lead enterprise growth initiatives. You will develop campaigns, partnerships, and strategic plans that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for enterprise clients.

You will collaborate with the Enterprise Sales Team and cross-functional units to turn market insights into actionable campaigns, monitor ROI, and optimize investments while ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, trade marketing, product management, business development, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B, enterprise, fintech, telco, mobile apps, consumer technology, retail, FMCG, or similar industries is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies focused on acquisition and retention of enterprise clients.
• Identify customer, market, and business insights to uncover growth opportunities.
• Translate data into effective marketing campaigns, tactical plans, and business initiatives.
• Partner with Enterprise Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated growth initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional marketing projects from planning through execution and measurement.
• Explore partnerships and business opportunities that contribute to enterprise growth.
• Monitor growth metrics, campaign ROI, and performance to improve strategies.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing investments.
• Manage marketing budgets and financial reports to ensure effective use of resources.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
• Improve SOPs and ways of working to increase efficiency and impact.
• Ensure projects and marketing plans are delivered on time and in full.
