Job summary

Sphere Rocket VA US seeks a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to own paid media, SEO/SEM, CRO, and lead infrastructure across our brands, including buyunitynow.com. You will manage ad structures, tracking, GTM setup, and CRM reporting with a sharp focus on commercial buyer intent and qualified leads over vanity metrics.

You will coordinate with GoHighLevel and RB2B, build end-to-end funnel reporting, and guide external partners to optimize performance and conversions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads (incl. Performance Max) and Meta Ads for B2B or considered-purchase products.
• Strong SEO/SEM skills focusing on commercial intent and GEO strategies.
• Proven CRO track record with audits and testing.
• Proficiency with GTM, GA4, and Merchant Center for measurement.
• CRM experience with GoHighLevel and RB2B for routing leads.

Responsibilities

• Paid Media (Google & Meta Ads): hands-on management, budgets, testing, optimization; include Performance Max.
• Search & AI Visibility: direct search strategy; align paid and organic.
• CRO: own performance on buyunitynow.com; run UI/UX audits; prioritize tests.
• Visitor Identification & CRM: operate RB2B and GHL for lead capture and routing; build reporting.
• Tracking & Measurement: GTM containers, GA4 configuration, product feeds.
• Reporting & Team Leadership: daily reports; manage internal and external teams.
