Job summary

Hcreates is seeking an Operations Associate to manage the user lifecycle for overseas short drama apps. You will collate growth, retention, engagement and monetization data to inform strategies and drive performance.

You will also support cross-functional teams with data reports, user segmentation, churn analysis, and win-back metrics, while adapting quickly to fast iteration cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 1–3 years of internet operations experience (content products, membership operations, or user growth preferred).
• Basic data processing and analysis skills.
• Capable of extracting data and creating reports.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Solid logical decomposition and execution capabilities.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and result-oriented.
• Able to keep up with fast iteration cycles.
• Familiarity with overseas short dramas or web novels is a plus.

Salary Package:

30,000 - 35,000 (Final salary based on Capability)
