finexis is seeking a driven leader to build and develop a high-performing Financial Consultant (FC) advisory team in the Philippines. You will coach, recruit, and retain FCs, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding complex client solutions and strategic growth initiatives.

You will lead business planning, develop initiatives to boost sales and service quality, and manage stakeholder relationships to support operational excellence in a fast-paced advisory environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing or related discipline.
• Professional certifications or licences in financial advisory are required under applicable regulations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management or financial services, with at least 2 years in people management.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Financial Consultants to achieve business objectives and growth.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain FCs to build a sustainable advisory team.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement coaching plans.

• Monitor performance through reviews, pipeline management, and reporting.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to support growth and excellence.
• Stay updated on market and regulatory changes and share updates with the team.
