Intellect is seeking a Client Strategy & Growth Lead to help leading organisations translate their workforce mental health ambitions into effective programmes, measurable outcomes and enduring partnerships.

This role sits at the intersection of client strategy, commercial growth and cross-functional execution. You will own a portfolio of enterprise relationships and be accountable for understanding each client’s priorities, shaping the right strategy and driving renewal and expansion.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in management consulting, professional services, strategy, transformation or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to bring clarity to complex situations
• Desire to own client outcomes and commercial results
• Commercially minded with accountability for retention, renewals and expansion
• Ability to build credibility with senior external stakeholders
• Clear written and verbal communication, with high-quality analyses and presentations

Responsibilities

• Shape client strategy and create value by understanding client priorities and translating them into measurable programs
• Lead and manage complex enterprise programs from definition to execution and outcomes
• Coordinate across clinical, operations, product, technology, data, marketing, finance and commercial teams
• Monitor performance, manage risks and renewals, and drive expansion opportunities
• Develop trusted relationships with client executives, HR and benefits leaders
• Lead or support proposals and commercial negotiations with internal stakeholders
