Intellect is seeking a Senior Project Delivery Consultant to lead delivery of our mental health benefits platform for key accounts. This high-touch role combines strategic consulting, project management, and account management to drive value and growth.

You will coordinate with sales, product, engineering, clinical, and design teams to tailor solutions, manage budgets and timelines, and build long-term client relationships across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in management consulting or account management.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and client relationships.
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Open to candidates in Malaysia (hybrid), Philippines (remote) and Indonesia (remote).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for a small number of key strategic and large client accounts.
• Own the delivery of our mental health benefits platform to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customised solutions.
• Develop and execute a mental health benefits program for each client.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with clients and provide updates.
