Job summary

Intellect builds mental health technology used by employers across Asia Pacific and beyond. This role leads the research behind our PRA methodology, validating instruments, building benchmarks, and presenting findings to enterprise clients and academic partners.

You will work hands-on with data, be comfortable presenting to executive audiences, and contribute to evidence assets for our commercial teams and future collaborations.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in psychology, psychometrics or related quantitative field.
• At least 3 years of applied research experience.
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and using statistical programs.
• Survey design experience; ability to adapt measures across populations or markets.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Desirable: psychosocial risk, ISO 45003, workplace mental health experience.
• Experience training or enabling non-specialist colleagues.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for workplace psychological health in Australia, Singapore, and Asia.

Responsibilities

• Do Measurement and validation. Own psychometric validation of Intellect’s psychosocial risk instrument and its adaptation for new markets and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the analysis logic behind psychosocial risk reporting and be able to reproduce and explain outputs independently of the automation pipeline.
• Build and maintain benchmarks and norms for the assessment framework and manage survey panels for benchmark development.
• Design and run evaluation of AI-enabled features and bring new analytical approaches into the clinical function.
• Present findings to enterprise clients, HR and risk leaders, and support case studies and evidence assets for commercial teams.
