Job summary

Intrepid Asia is seeking a Business Development Manager for a 3 to 6 month project to drive full-funnel digital marketing solutions for brand partners in Southeast Asia. You will accelerate revenue trends and optimize operations by coordinating with sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver high-impact growth proposals.

Ideal candidates have a marketing/business background, 2–4 years in e-commerce, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Brand Management.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada ecosystems.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong commercial skills to secure favorable terms and campaign placements.
• Communication: Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver KPIs for brand/seller partners through internal and external coordination with concerned departments.
• Foster client relationships; work with sales and marketing teams and other support teams.
• Design sales growth proposals; handle client communications and prepare client reports; communicate client agendas to staff.
• Ensure clients’ needs are met and their voices are heard while coordinating with others and fulfilling day-to-day duties.
• Maintain positive client NPS.
